Excellently located, we had a wonderful time in La Rochelle. On leaving, due to a major misunderstanding, our excellent week in La Rochelle was somewhat diminished, but subsequently rectified.

Great location and superb accommodation Clean and tidy with all essentials catered for. Hosts were very helpful and would recommend this accommodation to anybody visiting the area.

The flat is ideal for two people with a well-equipped kitchen and as it was mid autumn, welcome heating for the morning chill in La Rochelle. It was our second stay in this flat.

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, well provisioned, and impeccably clean. Located close to the covered market you can get everything you’ll need for your stay right there. There is a bakery, Quignon, at the end of the street where you can get wonderful croissants, breads, and desserts. The employees are cheerful and kind. The town has a very good bus system with two different bus stops within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed our stay, the appartment was comfortable and well equipped. There were a few minor things that need attention, sofa a bit worn, shower was excellent but in needed a few screws tightening. But over all brilliant and the location excellent. Communications with vendors and staff very good indeed.

Cette location très bien placée est vraiment top. On y est de suite comme chez soi.Nous sommes très bien accueillis par une personne qui nous explique tout et en particulier l'accès en auto dans le quartier protégé par borne.Nous avons eu la surprise d'un dressing dans la chambre, ce qui est très rare.L'appartement est comme neuf avec des appareils de qualité et d'une propreté irréprochable. Merci à tous, propriétaires, personne d'accueil-entretien et locataires précédents pour un séjour très agréable.

Emplacement idéalement placé (plein centre) La rochelle est une très belle ville, nous avons passé 15 jours ou chaque jour nous découvrions une nouvelle chose, ville très propre, une ville chargé d'histoire qui fait augmenter la curiosité, un syndicat d'initiative qui propose énormément de chose dans cette belle région, des magasins, des restos a gogo. En résumé des vacances parfaites, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisirs et conseillerons dans notre entourage

Prima mit einem Makel

Die zugesagte sichere Parkmöglichkeit im Hof (wichtiges Argument für die Buchung) bestand nur zeitweise. Kurzfristig musste der PKW in ein Parkhaus gebracht werden, wegen Reparaturarbeiten im Hof.

Virée à la Rochelle

Location idéalement située. A 2 pas du marché qui est ouvert tous les jours dans un quartier vivant et plaisant.Tout est faisable à pied ou en vélo, c'est vraiment très agréable. l'aquarium, l'île de Ré, l'île d'Oléron, les marais poitevin, il y a plein de choses à voir. Ainsi que des visites guidées de la ville avec différentes thématiques. Le beau temps et l'océan le bonheur !

Découverte de la région jusque là jamais visitée. Très belle ville et appartement idéalement situé aux plus près de toutes les commodités ( restaurants, boutiques, promenades,....).

premières vacances à la rochelle

Emplacement et Logement parfaits. Ville magnifique à refaire. Par contre, nous n'avons pas été accueillis par le propriétaire mais une personne missionnée : accueil militaire effectué par l'adjudante cheffe Maryse qui nous a communiqué son stress toute la semaine. Méthode remise des clés pour le départ assez litigieuse avons dû insister pour l'état des lieux de départ (l'arrivée se fait en commun et attention à noter : nouveau fauteuil merci de le couvrir, nouveau frigo merci de le tenir à deux mains quand vous l'ouvrez, nouvelle douche merci de ne rien faire tomber, machine à laver attention à ne pas trop l'utiliser, attention ne pas perdre les clés, attention à la carte, attention à l'ouverture de la porte commune, attention à l'ouverture des fenetres....) par contre le départ ne se fait pas en présence des locateurs : quid si casse après notre départ ??) de plus est il normal que notre chèque de caution soit gardé et détruit si RAS alors que nous ne sommes plus là. Tout est dit. A dispo si nécessaire.

Très bel appartement très bien situé

Appartement très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien. Il est très bien situé, tout près du marché couvert et des commerces. 10 minutes à pied suffisent pour rejoindre le port. Petit bémol sur la literie, dommage que le lit ne soit pas plus confortable et plus large (d'autant qu'il y a la place).
