This is perhaps the best hotel I have ever been to. The service of all the staff was unbelievable. From the moment we pulled in to the moment we left. Eager but not obtrusive. Room amazing. Lounge and pool superb. Affiliated restaurants world class This hotel is a must stay!!!

We loved this hotel and we liked La Rochelle. Nice room and friendly helpful staff. It is well located being only a few minutes walk from the old town, the harbour, ferries and towers, and plenty of restaurants, however seems well separated from the tourist crowds.

What a fantastic boutique hotel made all the better by the fantastic staff. I don’t know where they train/recruit/clone these people but each one is a shining example of what service in hospitality should be - they are quite superb. Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in La Rochelle and the hotel is a gem

All the staff and the welcome was seriously first class and went way beyond even relais and chateau standards where we usually choose to stay. Very genuine and impressive. Deborah at breakfast deserves a special mention. As the hotel is mainly round a beautiful courtyard it could be a little noisy at times. Very comfortable bed and super linens. bath towels a little small. Would absolutely recommend. we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return

Parfait emplacement, l’équipe était souriante et très active. De belles recommandations et toujours disponible. Seul bémol (mais qui n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel) serait peut être la fermeture de plusieurs magasin/restaurant le dimanche lundi! À savoir si jamais vous voulez visiter la ville mais sinon hébergement sans faille! Merci!
