Cette maison de vacances est située sur le Quartier de la Genette. Elle est sur deux niveaux et se compose au rez de chaussée, d'une entrée, d'un grand séjour lumineux avec canapé; fauteuils et télévision, un coin salle à manger pour 6 personnes, une cuisine toute équipée avec lave-vaisselle, une première chambre avec un lit en 140cm pour 2 personnes et un grand garage avec un premier WC, une petite cour et une place de stationnement (3.20 longueur x 1.6 largeur x hauteur 1.90).
A l'étage de la maison, sur le premier pallier, se trouve une seconde chambre avec deux lits de 80cm (par 200) collés pour former un grand couchage en 160cm, puis sur le second pallier une troisième chambre avec deux lits simples en 80cm (par 200) et une salle de bain, machine à laver et avec un second WC.
Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).
Les plus de cette location : petit jardin devant la maison avec salon de jardin, un lave vaisselle, une machine à laver, place de parking dans le garage (petit véhicule).
A deux pas du parc Charruyer et du parc des animaux et à seulement 10 minutes à pieds de l'hyper-centre de La Rochelle.

Logement insalubre

Le logement était sale et insalubre avec une odeur de moisi la vaisselle sale les rideaux sentent le moisi et pour couronner le tout les enfants ont été piqués par des puces de lit.
