This is especially annoying when we specifically filter your listings for these as having to travel again to eat is not welcome after already having spent a day travelling and walking into the village along a main N-road at night is dangerous. The "superior" room isn't very big and the wi-fi is terrible in it. The shower light doesn't work and the nozzle is broken so sprays a single stream to the side, which we only discovered after the owner had left after checking us in. I would not recommend this place. "A huge impressive building that’s low level (three floors). The spa (water jets and sauna superb after our 3.5 hour drive) and bar/lounge areas were great to relax in. The exterior poor cladding and some aspects of the building could make it a stunning place if given a refresh and detailing. The room was large, well presented, very clean and really quiet. Easy access of the main routes and quick drive into the city. A welcoming staff made it a perfect stopover. "
