Los Lagos 19- Golf and Lake View 5-Bedroom Villa

Guests of Los Lagos 19 have access to Casa de Campo Resort facilities and amenities including three Pete Dye golf courses, the fitness centre, tennis courts, restaurants and bars, use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area, Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon and more. Food and beverages, sports activities and facilities have an additional fee. $25 per adult per night (guests over the age of 12), $12 per child per night (guests age 4 to 12). No charge for guests under the age of 4.

Los Lagos 19 is a large five bedroom Caribbean villa set on The Links golf course with a breathtaking panoramic 180 degree view of the south western sky, framed by palm trees. The entrance leads into the great room which faces out to a patio, overlooking the pool and golf course in the background. Because it faces west, it is perfect light for the afternoons and evenings (and sunsets).

The villa is full of tropical style and charm. Windows are framed with louvered mahogany, sliding doors that open onto the patio and pool, from the living room and each bedroom. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, remote controlled A/C and tropical ceiling fans. Four have flat screen TV’s. All windows in the villa open to green vistas and lots of day light, in every direction.

The outside patio is a popular gathering spot for guests. It includes a large swimming pool with four different sitting areas for relaxing, in and out of the shade. It is surrounded on three sides by enchanting tropical gardens, and endless green plantings. Guests enjoy morning coffee on the terrace while watching golfers tee off from the 15th tee of the Links Golf Course. The extensive outdoor lighting illuminates the grounds and palm trees at night.

Los Lagos 19 is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes by golf cart to the hotel area many of the children’s activities are located and 5 minutes to the Golf Pro Shop. Tennis is 5 minutes away by golf cart.

Los Lagos 19 is designed to offer guests the utmost comfort and luxury during their stay.i With that in mind, this villa is equipped with an array of amenities and services that include:

• Daily staff services ( A butler and a Maid for 8 hours a day ).

Golf carts are not included, but can be rented at an extra charge of USD45/day

The villa features a large full-equipped kitchen with all the amenities to allow the staff to prepare your meals. The maid can cook your daily breakfasts (you have to provide groceries or give her the money to buy it, lunch at request ). She can also cook dinner for you upon request, but a modest fee will apply. You have also the possibility to hire the services of a professional chef for an extra charge, upon request. .

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
