The property manager was awesome and the people that work there are very hospitable very nice. I would have liked a little bit more towels and possibly maybe some sort of breakfast in the morning, but the amenities were fine.

Location was right along the beach. It was hard to find someone to greet us when we got there. No place open for breakfast the next day. We were able to find plenty of dinner places open.

the beach bars are a stone's throw away from the property. they should really use double sheets instead of king.

Superb Service, Highly Recommended

We were over an hour late flying into PUJ and late with van transportation to the hotel. Out driver was able to contact the hotel and get us checked in well after 9pm local time. The weekend attendant was AWESOME! He made sure we were able to get into the room and walked us to a local place to get some dinner and beers. Highly recommend Pamares Suites for your stay in LaRomana.

The rooms are ok. The hotels don’t have the essentials one of them is the iron. Every hotel have to Carrie a iron. The sheet was not changed unless I ask for it.

I loved my direct view to the ocean and seeing the sunrise n sunset its walkable to everything,, only reasons I didnt give it a 5star was because in the room we woke up to a huge 1in roach and we had to park outside until the guy came back to open the garage gate. Otherwise good for a 1 night stay it was decent. I dont mind the loud music or partytown so it Wasn't a bother Otherwise i say its not quiet at all if your there with small kids or just want quiet.

Cockroaches in the room and after reporting that (everything goes by WhatsApp) nothing happened. No options for eating (breakfast/lunch and dinner), no vending machine or anything yo buy. Nothing to do in the surroundings.

Floor in our unit is filthy. Even though the white floor looks clean my feet are dirty. No washcloths. No instructions on anything. Area around the building is very noisy with what seems to be a gathering place for super loud music and noise. Wouldn't recommend for people who don't speak Spanish.

El lugar es exactamente lo que buscas si necesitas pasar una noche en la Romana, a costos accesibles, con costos acordes a la calidad y lo que ofrece, tiene aire acondicionado, wifi, agua caliente, cama amplia, pequeña cocina, además estar cerca del malecón de Caleta, que ofrece varias opciones para comer y tomar un par de tragos. No es un resort, es un apartamento para llegar tener acceso a los servicios, sin pretender que tengas la atención de un hotel 5 estrellas.
