Even though their English was as good as our Italian they answered every question and WhatsApp and were there whenever we needed them including arriving really late. It couldn't be in a better location on the main street of Catania. The price is great value. It's not five star luxury. But it was five star service. It's really subtle to find on the street a small sign next to a big green door. I can't fault our stay...

"Helpful staff, gave us directions for late checking. Very clean. Decent breakfast. Good location. Disturbed sleep due to thin walls, frequently waking up to ppl making noise outside the room. Shower water was less warm in the evening though it worked fine in the morning. "

"Loved that it was close to the local bus station train station and main Terminal for buses to other cities. The Lido is close by too. Room we had was at the front, enjoyed seeing the sea and watching the hustle and bustle of the city. Lovely modern room with great touches. Would have liked a kettle, as we were there for a week. Pillows are poor and need to be changed for better quality ones. Nice free buffet continental breakfast.Didnt like the hand written note telling us all off for...
