"Pleasant little house comprising 2 appartements. Sufficient privacy. Very pleasant landlady who was very helpful to solve unexpected problem."

"Good sized gite in beautiful grounds with easy access to the heated swimming pool, hot tub and fishing lake. Hosts, Pat and Tony, were very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and available, if needed. As a group of family and friends, we had a great week with something for everyone."

"A friend and I have just spent a long weekend at Le Batison. The property is situated in a nice village, is clean and well equipped and provides for a very comfortable stay. A short drive ( c 2 miles ) takes you into Brionne where you will find the usual shops including a Carrefour supermarket. We travelled to Normandy for a cycling break and found the neighboring countryside very enjoyable cycling territory."

"Wonderful location to explore from, brilliant facilities - we spent hours playing tennis, swimming in the pool and taking the bikes out, fantastic hosts with a lovely dog too! Thank you!"

"The location is on the edge of a quiet village and with only subtle sounds of frogs from the pond and whinnies from the horse it was bliss. This was our 2nd stay and would love to come back again. Transport is required to access local shops but the ride out is so lovely it isnt a worry. We stayed for the 80th anniversary of D-Day and found it a good base to stay for the events. The apple juice left for us was very welcome and the use of the BBQ was excellent as we had such good weather. The gite...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison où il ne manque rien . Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Jacques et Éric qui sont aux petits soins pour leurs convives . Nous recommandons ce petit coin de paradis et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ."

"The house is set at the end of a very rural drive through the French countryside. Whilst VERY rustic, it has all the amenities you would expect, but is a compromise between a pretty old building and modern refurbishment. Perhaps not for everyone, but we loved it. P.S. mind your head on the beams upstairs."

"Super logement authentique en pleine nature nous avons adoré. Nous avons profité des différentes activités proposées ( piscine,spa,tennis, promenade en barque,ping pong ....)rien a dire tout juste super. Le cadre, le logement étais magnifique seul bémol la barrière de la langue mais on arrive à communiquer ce sont des gens très sympathiques. Bonne adresse je renouvellerai l'expérience c'est certain."

"Nous sommes 4 amis (2 femmes, 2 hommes) et nous voulions visiter de petits villages du Perche et de la région de l'Aigle. Le charmant petit village de la Gonfrière offrait une situation idéale. L'ancien presbytère comporte au moins quatre chambres individuelles et de nombreuses toilettes. L'espace cuisine et salle à manger était plus que confortable.De là nous avons pu visiter Argentan, Sées, Orbec,Le Bec Helloin, le château de Saint Germain du Livet, le petit village de Camembert, Mortagne au...

"This has become a regular stop for us on the way to Le Mans from Calais. It's perfect for our needs and ideally situated once you've got past Rouen. Easy Parking, good Pizza and Beer in the evening when we turn up, and a reasonable breakfast selection in the morning. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more."
