"People are really nice. Staffs are extremely friendly. I did the laundry and it was properly, effectively and efficiently done. The software is excellent. However the hardware needs some more maintenance. The room was a bit run down although it was very clean. As a four star hotel, I was expecting a more decent breakfast. The overall experience was excellent but all thanks should be to the excellent staffs. The hotel itself, needs some work. "

"I liked that it was right across the street from the beach. The free breakfast buffet was excelent and the Porta restaurant next to the hotel was amazing. There was nothing I did not like about the place. Some might say the hotel look might be outdated but because it so clean and prestine that it did not phase me."
