"Great location, but it’s important to understand the concept of an “auberge,” where check-in is only possible when the owners are present.
We tried to check in twice but were unsuccessful. We arrived at 7 p.m. and were told we could not have dinner, even though two tables were already occupied. We then had to wait 15 minutes to check in. When we departed, no one was available to collect the key or serve us a coffee.
Quite disappointing is August High Season."
