"The cleaning was ok, the room is ok also, the shops are ok, the location is perfect, the only problem was the staff, when we arrive we stay an hour waiting for someone, to open the door, and that person was very rude with us."

"This stay was everything I needed. The staff was very helpful and considerate. My only advice to travelers is to consider taking a taxi to get there, as the walk from the train station (and vice versa) is about a half hour, mostly uphill."

They helped us to book a dinner with a lovely view our arrival night; they drove us to and from the train station to avoid having to find parking on our Cinque Terra day trip; and they loaded us up with extra homemade goodies and water for our travel.
