Staff were friendly but I didn't find them overly helpful, having to request information instead of it being offered freely but that seems to be a Costa Rican trait, not specific to this lodge. "Cabaña rústica en un lindo lugar al que hay que llegar con 4x4 por el último tramo hasta la casa. El propietario (Álvaro) fue muy amable. A la casa le hace falta algo de acondicionamiento: no dispone de agua caliente (puede hacer frío) y eché de menos que estuviera algo más acondicionada (limpieza y algún detalle adicional).
