📍 Ideal Location
Only a 5-minute walk from the Arcachon International Golf Course and a 10-minute drive to the Pyla beaches or the La Teste market.

We are happy to welcome pets upon prior request at the time of booking.
A supplement of €50 per pet per week applies.
We kindly ask pet owners to ensure that their animals:
-Do not climb on sofas, beds, or furniture
-Do not cause any damage to the property or outdoor areas
-All waste is collected before departure
-In case of non-compliance or damages, part of the deposit may be retained to cover cleaning or repair costs.

💳 Security Deposit
A €1,500 security deposit is required for the rental. Managed securely online via Swikly, it must be completed before arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect your card limit.
Within 7 days after your departure, and provided the villa is left in perfect condition, the authorization is automatically released.

Correct mais bien trop cher !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ( 2 semaines 4 adultes / 2 enfants) dans cette maison bien située. La maison est globalement agréable, dans un environnement calme mais les prestations proposées ne sont pas au niveau des prix pratiqués. La cuisine est mal installée, le mobilier de jardin fatigué et l’ensemble fait un peu « cheap ». Nous n’y reviendrons pas, il est possible de trouver bien mieux pour ces niveaux de prix.

Week end entre amies dans le bassin d’Arcachon

Un week end au top dans une villa conforme aux photos et très adaptée à la venue de 6 personnes. Une grande terrasse avec un mobilier de jardin très agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil (+ une piscine de taille moyenne très agréable et chauffée). 3 chambres très agréables qui conviennent parfaitement pour 6 adultes. Un séjour également très agréable et des hôtes très disponibles et réactifs. Nous recommandons!

Nous avons passé comme d’habitude d’excellents moments dans cette maison agréable , sans vis à vis.… Rien ne manque sauf un frigo à la taille de la maison .. Très bon accueil et aide de Solenne pour répondre à nos demandes . Je recommande cette location

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette villa. L’emplacement est idéal si vous souhaitez visiter la dune, faire bronzette au bord de la plage, prendre le bateau pour aller au cap ferret depuis Arcachon. Nous avons également eu de bonne recommandations pour se restaurer aux alentours. La maison est très bien équipée que ce soit pour l'extérieur ou l'intérieur. Tout l'équipement est disponible : terrasse avec possibilité de parasol. Une plancha et une ambiance nocturne (je vous laisse découvrir) qui pimenteront vos soirées. Le tout dans un quartier très calme. La décoration, enfin, est très cosy. Seule ombre au tableau : une piscine limitée en taille et seulement trois transats.
