"The receptionist spoke English and was very helpful. The apartment was adequate for our needs for an overnight stay. There were a couple of things that should have been picked up by cleaning staff (a curtain hanging off the rail and a non-working extractor in the toilet) and I did report back to reception about this and a note was made.
