Nestled on wooded grounds of more than 1,000 m², this magnificent villa of approximately 130 m² offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and a heated swimming pool.
On arrival, you are greeted by an entrance which leads to a bright dining room / living room facing South and West, equipped with sofas, armchairs, and a television. The separate and fully equipped kitchen (with American refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven, hood, Nespresso, and 3 induction hobs) also has a dining area and gives access to the garden. A practical laundry room with washing machine and plenty of storage space is also available. A bathroom with WC and three well-appointed bedrooms complete the layout: a first bedroom facing West with 2 90cm beds and a chest of drawers, a second bedroom facing East with 1 140cm bed and a cupboard /wardrobe, and finally a third bedroom facing West with 1 160cm bed and a cupboard/wardrobe. A bathroom with WC is also available.
Outside, you will enjoy a well-maintained garden, a terrace with furniture, a beautiful salt-heated swimming pool (10 x 4) with "submerged alarm", and a pétanque court. For children, play equipment such as a trampoline, swing and slide are available.
The entire villa is spacious, contemporary and easy to maintain with its parquet and tiled floors. Air conditioning is present in the dining room/living room and in the kitchen. You can also park several vehicles within the grounds of the villa, notably under a car port. A travel cot and a baby high chair are available free of charge on request.
Pets are not allowed and guests are asked not to smoke. White linen is not provided but can be rented via our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), as is an departure cleaning service included, conditional on normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay.
