"Na een onvriendelijke ontvangst hebben we 20 minuten rondgereden om een parkeerplaats te vinden. De kamer, badkamer en balkon zijn klein en het is supergehorig en warm. Bed Is in principe goed maar door warmte en luide buren 2 nachten slecht geslapen. Ontbijt en eten hebben we niet in hotel genomen vanwege de onvriendelijke ontvangst. De lift is ook zo klein dat je met 2 personen en bagage eigenlijk niet past en de lift ging ook niet tot aan bovenste etage."

"The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. I pointed out that a couple next to us who arrived after our table were served all their courses...

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...
