"Beautiful, spacious gite at the back of the owner's house overlooking a vineyard. What could be more pleasant? We were met by Eveline, the owner, who greeted us warmly and showed us around. "Incredibly well equipped gîte, inside and out. Warm welcome from the host, Mme Pelloux (the ‘X’ is pronounced), who was always happy tol help with information and advice. On the table when we arrived there was a bottle of local wine and fresh eggs from the resident hens. Very comfy beds: a double in the downstairs bedroom and two doubles on the open mezzanine. Well maintained pool, access shared with the Pelloux family who live on-site. The only slight issue was the noise from nearby...

The home is simple and has everything you need and is also quite private. Our favorite things about the place are the views, the roads surrounding it are picturesque for walks, and the proximity to my favorite small villages in the area: st saturnin Les apt, Villars and Saignon.
