"The description was accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities but we missed a hair dryer. The property was clean and well-maintained. Our 4 of us were very impressed by this apartment and ourselves would go back to this apartment any time. We would recommend this apartment to anyone including friends and relatives. "The chalet was lovely. At the top of the hill in Jaun with a beautiful view. It would be helpful to have something in writing on the property regarding only 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided as well as the single trash bag- this is common in Switzerland, but not in American VRBO’s. The host clarified this and it was no problem to find more in Charmey. Thomas was an excellent host and responded immediately to any questions we had. "First, Suzi was such a wonderful host. She made sure to make you feel at home and was the sweetest person. The apartment was so clean and was perfect in with many amenities. My family and I stayed in Clarens. The apartment is on the 6th floor and had a great view of the lake and neighborhood. It was a short 7 minut bus ride to Montreaux yet quite away from all the tourists. I would definitely rebook this apartment again."
