Located only 650 m from the beach, this very pleasant vacation home in La Tranche-sur-Mer is ideal for a sunny seaside vacation with the family. Look forward to the sea and the treasures of the Vendée. The house can accommodate up to six people and offers large and comfortably furnished rooms, which include a living room with fireplace and stone walls. A large bedroom on the upper floor has its own bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds has its own toilet. Relax in the spacious garden, which is also a nice place for your barbecues. In the city center, 2 km away, you can choose from an abundance of stores and shopping. There you can also taste the regional cuisine in the restaurants and try specialties such as the mogette (dried white beans), the chouanette (aperitif) and the gâche (pastry). Numerous activity options await sporty vacationers: Sailing, gliding, paddling, golf (25 km) and tennis (3 km) or beautiful bike rides on a network of bike paths with a total length of 150 km. History buffs should not miss La Rochelle (60 km). This great city impresses with an old harbor and old towers, and its aquarium and museums are an experience for young and old. Les Sables d'Olonne (38 km), famous for the Vendée Globe regatta, is also worth a visit. With this great vacation home, nothing stands in the way of an eventful family vacation in the Vendée.

Das Haus war sehr schmutzig. Nach den vielen Spinnennetzen zu urteilen, kann das Haus lange nicht gereinigt worden sein. Die Einrichtung ist schlecht und bei dem Preis nicht zu akzeptieren. Ein Schlafzimmer ist unzumutbar. Das gesamte Terrain ist schmutzig und ungepflegt. Die Terasse auf der Rückseite ist eine Katastrophe. Gatenmöbel primitiv, Liegen ohne Auflage, kaputte Sonnenschirme. Kein Licht auf der Terrasse. Bei diesem Haus stimmt nur Lage. Mieten nicht zu empfehlen.

Les photos donnaient une très bonne impression, mais la réalité a été : - Maison très sale alors que tous les vacanciers-locataires paient le nettoyage pour leur séjour - Constat "ménage" à l'entrée : très forte et désagréable odeur d'encaustique, carrelage des salles de bains et sanitaires très mouillés façon "preuve de nettoyage", beaucoup de "paquets" de poussières accumulées et de poils de chiens. Couettes & oreillers de type "premier prix" et dessus de lits en vrac dans les placards - Literies, oreillers et couvertures à disposition très très sales au point que l'agent immobilier a reconnu qu'elle ne les utiliserait pas pour ses propres enfants - Chambre "twin" : il n'est pas précisé que cette chambre est totalement indépendante ce qui est très très gênant avec 2 enfants de 3 et 6 ans ! Donc réorganisation du couchage !! - Habillages bois des poignées de portes cassées, axe métallique à nu et à hauteur des visages d'enfants !!! - Plaque 4 feux : 1 électrique (cuisson très lente), 3 gaz inutilisables car bouteille de gaz vide et INSTALLATION NON CONFORME comme constaté par un professionnel ! - Four : intervention d'un professionnel pour le faire fonctionner - Lave-linge inutilisable car le réseau d'évacuation était bouché, constat d'un professionnel qui n'a rien pu faire. Nous avons également du acheter un étendoir à linge d'intérieur. - Matériels de ménage : insuffisant et pas de sacs fournis pour l'aspirateur - Portail voiture : poignée de porte qui tombe - Téléviseur "préhistorique" - Poubelles : pas de sacs "jaunes" pour la collecte - commentaire de l'agent immobilier : "pas sa faute" / "a déjà dit à la propriétaire" / pour l'installation gaz non conforme "elle n'est pas une professionnelle et personne n'avait fait la remarque" ... - Le prix de la semaine de location est exorbitant compte tenu des constats et des désagréments subis Nous considérons avoir été trompés par cette annonce qui promettait un bon cadre de séjour contrairement à la réalité. Nous estimons également avoir subi un préjudice financier : prix trop élevé pour une semaine pendant laquelle nous avons du gérer des dysfonctionnements, attendre un plombier/électricien, tenter d'obtenir de l'aide de l'agent immobilier ... (bon d'intervention du plombier/électricien et photos à votre disposition) Nous attendons votre proposition de dédommagement.
