"it is a car garage with two garage door opener for entry and i had requested 4 bedroom but was 2 bedroom instead worst part is the owner is living in another part of the apartment with also the mother, no privacy at all it was very much insulting, how is this property even past the requirement to be listed on the homeaway site...... we had to go and check in to a different hotel and had to pay more money ......"

"Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné dans ce havre de paix, un véritable bijou. Dès le premier regard sur la vidéo de présentation, le ton est donné et l’on s’imagine déjà sur place… et surtout, on comprend immédiatement ce que l’on manquerait en ne réservant pas ! Le dépaysement est total, avec en bonus un jacuzzi privatif très appréciable. La climatisation, parfaitement efficace, apporte un confort supplémentaire particulièrement agréable. "Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Cocoteraie. Logement fonctionnel bien situé, front de mer. Très belle vue et super terrasse. Nous remercions Denis et Katy pour leur disponibilité. Seul bémol, l'air conditionné qui ne fonctionne pas dans le salon.
