Either Orbitz didn't communicate effectively or their system is very lacking. When arriving, I provided my orbits reservation and showed the receptionist the hotel provided email announcing my reservation. "Excelente atención de los anfitriones. Buena limpieza y una ubicación que increíble. Definitivamente regresaremos pronto. Muchas gracias"
