"Although the property is only steps from el malecon and many restaurants, it is very private. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay. Federica and Pietro provided detailed instructions for check in and check out and were very fast responding to messages. The property was very secure and the roof patio with pool was a great addition."

"We stayed here for 5 nights and went spear fishing. We loved having the outdoor shower to rinse gear off with and the pool was great. The rooms are comfortable, great water in the shower. There is no kitchen in the studio but excellent food nearby!"

"I appreciated my stay at Cozy Casita very much. The space is exactly as it is represented online and it was a perfect place for me to stay during my three nights in La Paz. Clean, comfortable and only a couple blocks from the Malecon but in a residential setting so it is quieter than the busy pedestrian areas. "By far the most ecologically well thought out lodging I've ever rented anywhere. The dealing with organic waste of gas is fabulous. The herbs in the garden of Swiss chard were excellent in salad, soups and anything we ate. The floor and fauna nearby were exquisite during our stay. A group called no maspasura came by and they were volunteers cleaning the area to make sure there was no trash anywhere."
