Exceeded our expecations; Nice and Convenient

It was quiet and conveniently located to just about everywhere you'd want to go. The bed were comfortable, and the bathrooms spacious. All the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The parking and access could not have been easier. We would definitely stay here again!

Zion Trip

We had a wonderful time staying here! It was truly our home away from home during our trip to Zion. Sarah did an amazing job communicating with us throughout the process, and was kind enough to give plenty of recommendations regarding restaurants, hikes and surrounding attractions. Highly recommended!

Stay in La Verkin

The unit is spacious and well equipped with everything needed to cook. It is closely located to Zion as well as other restaurants and activities in nearby towns. Would recommend!

Property is good value for the cost. It is an older property that is cozy and amazingly clean. Communication with owner is fantastic and address any needs. Could use some updating for example the towels were white and thin, and kitchen utensils could be improved. The property is in great safe location. Very quiet but there is a rooster next door that will start crowing very early in the am. That did not bother us as we are up early The sweet lady next door sells her fresh eggs! And there is an amazing coffee shop just down the street in walking distance and a great grocery store just 3 minutes away!!!! Highly recommend this property and will stay again!!!

Amazing stay

The home was in a very convenient location, close to the supermarket and only 20 minutes from Zion park. The home is clean and well equipped with all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend to our friends

Nice 2 Bedroom House

We enjoyed our stay at this house in La Verkin. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The communication with the owner was outstanding. Was only about 1/2 hour from Zion and lots of dinning and conveniences near by in La Verkin. I would definitely stay here again someday if I return.

It was a well maintained and clean house. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable throughout. Communication with the owner Sunny was very smooth and quick. We were greeted with fresh fruits as soon as we reached the house. We also received helpful tips from Sunny for our visit to Zion NP. We will definitely stay here again in future.

Wonderful stay!!!

Property was found exactly same way as the description of the property on VRBO. We had a great time at this location. Although home was 20-25 mins away from Zion, the drive was not too bad going into Springdale for shuttle service of the park. Grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants (Specially Indian restaurant) was very close to this place! What a gem! And most importantly the host was very very helpful to give all the needed info, Additionally, you have airport drop off services from St. George which is only 20-22 mins from this house. Enjoyed this trip very much, wish to do it again!!!❤️

Very nice little house

We really liked being able to do laundry. Nice location - 1 min out of the driveway and we were on the road to Zion NP. (About 25 mins away). Nice beds, bathrooms, kitchen, TV. Host was easy to communicate with. Two small nice features: a “pay it forward” basket so previous guests could leave their extras behind for the next renter. And “outdoor” towels were provide so we didn’t use the nice ones in the bathrooms for excursions. One caution, there was a rooster next door. It didn’t bother us because we got an early start each day. However, if you want to sleep in, maybe bring some earplugs. All in all, we had a great experience!!

This is a great place to stay if you want to avoid the crowds when you're visiting the Zion , especially the property manager. She is a gem! we would definitely stay at this house again if we're going to visit Zion in the future.

Highly recommend especially for families

We had a great time visiting Zion with the kids. The house is only around a 20 minute drive from Zion. The neighborhood was super quiet. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, we just brought some groceries. Everything in the house was extremely clean. The host was the nicest host I’ve ever had. Super helpful and nice. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Zion!

Nice and cozy house

Smooth communication with owner and easy check in/out process. Enough beds for big family. 20min to Zions Park is big plus

Great property!

Host was wonderful, house was exactly as described. Easy check-in and out. Great communication and suggestions on local sights. Living room couches are insanely comfortable!! Kitchen is well stocked. Overall a great landing pad for us.

Beautiful and perfect place for our family!

Even with the pictures and description, this place far exceeded our expectations. It was great, absolutely great! Very spacious, clean and lots of things we loved, including parking for me and my sisters car, washer and dryer, dafe and quiet neighborhood, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, close to a grocery store and Zion and local places maps and info. Me and my sister both have young families of 3 (my son is 3 and his daughter is 7months) and we found this place perfect! It was especially nice being practically walking distance to a great coffee shop and a Davis grocery store. We are looking forward to the next time we can come out to stay here again. My and my sisters family loved it!

Zion access

We had the perfect stay! The house was lovely, clean, easily accessible and full services. Our host was easy to contact and responded readily no matter the question. Sure appreciated the nice washer and dryer too! Thanks for this great stay!

Wonderful!

Sunny was so welcoming and gave us some good suggestions of what places we should visit to get the best out of our vacation. The house was great! It really felt like home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here. I know if I want to visit Utah again, we would definitely stay at this wonderful, comfy house!

Great advice

We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend and received great advice from the home owner on places to hike to avoid the crowds. We had a nice welcome bowl of fruit and the kitchen and house had all the essentials for a great stay. It was really nice to have the living space of a home with our family of five to have more time together compared to two hotel rooms. We met with the property owner easily and she was very responsive to text and email! Highly recommend if you don't mind being right in Springdale which was less than 30 minutes away.

Sunny's home

Great house. Great location. We could not have had a better host than Sunny. Very responsive and gave us excellent information about the area. We would definately rent from her again.
