"If you plan to visit Zion National Park this property is a great choice for half the cost. About 20min drive to Zion. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is very helpful and friendly and breakfast was delicious. Great stay and great price."

"Doesn’t come with bfast which I found it isn’t useful since hotel is close to Zion National Park. Having a water station would be very helpful. Room is okay compared to other location I wish it’s bigger. Overall the location is new so property is clean"

"The location and size of the room was very nice but there were a lot of gnats in our room and a crazy amount of cockroaches outside our room at night. I wish the windows had curtains. The room was very bright in the morning with just the blinds and the sun windows. The extra towels and blankets were very nice though."

"The house was beautiful inside. The yard and hot tub are nice. There were some issues with the jets that I made the owner aware of, but we enjoyed the tub. It is located in a residential neighborhood with what looked like a mix of locals and people on vacation. The master bathroom and shower made our stay feel very luxurious, as did the kitchen and other rooms."
