Newly renovated penthouse, it has 1 independent room with thermal and acoustic insulation, large built-in wardrobe and flat screen, extra-large double bed with comfortable pillows and mattress, ensuring a good rest. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave and ceramic hob, table and chairs for two people. Separate bathroom with large shower and washer-dryer. Elegantly decorated to make the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Practically everything brand new Located in a warm and quiet area on the outskirts of the city. Close to all connections.
