Recently refurbished, with capacity for 3 people, fibre Wifi internet for teleworking, satellite TV and heated communal swimming pool during the winter months. Located in a quiet residential complex, with green areas, the house has all the ingredients for a unique holiday on the island.

It is ideal for couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 3 people, with a bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room. The large terrace of the house with armchairs facing the sea, the garden and the Teide, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets of the area. In addition, the flat has 300mb fibre Wifi Internet access, designed for teleworking, television with international channels and all the necessary comforts.

It is located in a beautiful residential complex, with communal swimming pool heated during the winter months and green areas. With a magnificent connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hoover, clothes iron, a nice living room, a large terrace, where you can have breakfast or relax, hairdryer, TV with international channels, Wifi Internet fibre at 300mb, bed linen and shower towels and communal swimming pool.

Wonderful place

Excellent location on the cliff top. It's the end apartment with no foot traffic passing, therefore quite private. You can enjoy the sunset from the terrace.

Preciosa casa, muy cómoda y con unas vistas increíbles

Nos enamoramos de esta zona del norte de la isla y de la casa y todas las comodidades que tiene, perfecta terraza con vistas al mar, además con piscina y una cama comodísima, no nos pudo gustar más. Repetiremos seguro!
