"Studio fidĂšle aux photos, joliment dĂ©corĂ©, extrĂȘmement propre et trĂšs confortable notamment grĂące Ă la clim.
L'accueil de Claudia et son mari est trĂšs sympathique et ils sont soucieux d'apporter le meilleurs service aux locataires. De la documentation est Ă disposition ce qui permet de se situer et programmer des visites rapidement.
Le parc est bien entretenu et permet de se délasser à l'ombre des arbres.
Excellente situation pour visiter ModĂšne qui se trouve Ă 20 km.

"What made this place so terrific was not the facilities, but Roberto and Claudia, the owners. They went out if their way to show us the wine production and surrounding area. They went above and beyond to help us with their pharmacy and anything else we needed. They made it our home. Scandiano is a delightful community. It was hard to believe based on the style in the shops that is was a farming town."

"Maravillosa estancia con una zona de recreo enorme con barbacoas, ping pong, ĂĄrboles frutales, mesas, zona de juegos infantil y sĂșper cĂłmodo para personas con perros. La amabilidad de los dueños te hace sentirte en tu propia casa. Totalmente recomendable en una zona poca explotada turĂsticamente con muchas cosas que aportar: MĂłdena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, gastronomĂa italiana autĂ©ntica. Para volver una y otra vez."
