"Confort sommaire. Aménagement minimum. Propreté qui laisse à désirer (forte odeur de renfermé,allergiques à la poussière fuyez). Pas de lave linge dans le logement mais des machines payantes à 6€. La piscine est glacée, prise d'assaut par les guêpes. Pas de quoi pendre ses vêtements. Bref déçue"

Albert was attentive and available, with the pool being cleaned regularly and even supplying fans at short notice when the temperature spiked. "We loved our stay here - house is spacious and we all had a bedroom - a family with 3 generations staying. The garden is lovely, great to play, sit, enjoy. The pool is lovely, though too cold for me to get in, but the kids did and enjoyed it. That would be my only criticism - a heated pool would be nice! Close to a supermarket - only 5 mins in the car, Surgeres,close by, is a lovely little town to explore and also has a train station to get to La Rochelle, Paris, etc! Highly recommended."

"To be honest, there wasn’t much to like although it was cheap. Pretty much in an industrial area, the rooms are adequate and clean enough but the Aircon was not up to the job and there were a lot of bugs in my room. When we were there the restaurant Was inoperable and we had to look for somewhere to eat on the industrial estate. I might have been more forgiving if they had rung to tell us this as we were arriving late after a long drive.I won’t be going back."

"We stayed for 2 nights in October. The mobile home was basic but perfectly adequate - the only downside was the lack of mugs/tea cups - only tiny espresso cups! The campsite is very well maintained and the walk around the lake is beautiful. We would certainly return if we wanted to stay in the area in the future."
