"The breakfast was outstanding, right down to the cloth napkins. Great choice of breads, cheeses, and more conventional breakfast items. There were smoked salmon and specialty meats. There were machines for expressos, and custom prepared coffees. I just wish I had a bigger appetite in the morning! The bed was fantastic: firm but with a soft padding. The staff was professional and took an interest in the customer experience. Nicolas helped me when I checked in. I had a problem with my room. I went back downstairs. And told Nicolas; he immediately offered to switch my room to an identical one above the current one. I was pleasantly surprised to realize that his concern was with my comfort and satisfaction. Also the hostess in the breakfast room was great. She listened to me and made the exact coffee I wanted. And she remembered the next two days without being reminded. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name."

"Good value for money. Large carpark included and reasonably priced breakfast. This is less than 10 minutes drive to Old Town of Troyes if one is looking to explore"

"EV chargers out of order, yet their was a car charging which I think belonged to the staff. Meant my car was almost flat in the morning as I specifically booked this hotel as it was advertised having EV chargers."

"Loved our overnight stay at this historic hotel in perfectly situated in the old town with its own small car park. All the staff were friendly and helpful , breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh orange juice , homemade pastries and local preserves. Our room was large with traditional furniture / furnishings including a very comfortable four poster bed - no air conditioning but several fans , and a large modern bathroom ."
