Room was decent and clean for the price point that can’t be beat when staying overnight or two…the outside property is kept…check in/out fast & easy…convenient parking…overnight is quite…property well lit…felt safe coming and going even in the evenings & location is walking distance to mall and variety of eateries and whatever you can’t eat after that trip out and about it’s ok your room conveniently has a fridge & microwave which is come on….all that is needed for overnight stay(s)…thank you would stay again

Better than expected

My stay was good. Kevin at the front desk is nice. Very personable. Hotel room was clean and in good condition.. Several things close by food, shopping,gas. IHOP attached.

Not even worth the price.

One night work trip, to avoid a super early morning. Had to request a room change, first room smelled of weed and lights didn’t all work. Second room seemed clean enough. But fell well short of the stock photos used here. It is not a recently renovated lucky find that that I’d stay at again. But the second room did seem clean and the front desk employee was polite and friendly and happily changed my room. I didn’t feel threatened by the anything there, but I’m glad a younger female coworker didn’t stay in a room there.

The staff were super nice and helpful, at least the one I talked with. The room was dirty. The floor made my feet black and the ac didn’t work. There were roaches beside the bed and under the fridge. Constant noisiness at night made it hard to sleep.

Don't stay here

The motel was very old. Our room did not look like pictures at all. It was clean and beds were comfortable. But the tub, tile, and towels were stained. grout work and tile work was horrible. There was a mirror mounted on top of a mirror, and they were completely different sizes and shapes. There were no electrical outlets besides the one on the tv. We will not stay here again and I will not recommend this motel.

First room heater did not work. Put into another room where the bathtub faucet leaked. Dirty. Had a bad smell. Door card did not work on second day. Office staff was helpful & friendly. Laminate flooring which was better than carpet. Could be a really nice place if they put a little more effort into cleaning & updating.

The first room I had a strong smoke smell and it was a non-smoking room. The baseboards were missing and showed the holes in the walls, and the smoke alarm kept going off, so I asked to switch to another room. The second room was worse. Rust, Dirt, a stain under the sheet of the one bed. It was disgusting. I checked out the second bed, and the sheets appeared clean. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay. I had drove a long time and after a second move of rooms, I was exhausted. If I was younger, I would have left. To the plus, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and apologetic.

Not a clean and safe place to stay

All the staff were friendly and nice, the facility was in rough shape with updated furnishings. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room down even in mild fall temps. Door would not secure so it would just open on its own. Floor was so dirty it would turn your feet black in one trip across the room. Could not get towels for a shower. Bed fitted sheets would not fit the bed so they wouldn’t stay on. People outside were smoking marijuana during the night bad enough to give us a headache in the room. We ended up getting a refund for our second night and ended up just going home after the day’s activities instead of staying our second night.

Disappointing Experience at This Property

Our stay was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was a significant issue, with the bedding appearing dirty and stained. The floors were also in a poor state, seeming quite filthy. Interestingly, the pools were advertised as "seasonal," but were surprisingly covered during the summer. The property also operated as a studio/long-term rental. Unfortunately, the resident culture was not welcoming. The residents were quite loud and had a possessive attitude towards the property. The overall condition of the property was disappointing and in dire need of improvement. We arrived late, which curtailed our ability to address these issues immediately. However, we made it a point to leave as early as possible the following morning. Unless you are comfortable with a hotel that feels reminiscent of a rent-by-the-hour establishment, I would strongly advise against staying here.

Could be better

I like the front desk service and I have been here many times but I do wish the rooms where better cause the sheets are really stained and I dont have but 2 really small pillows that was stained and flat and the heat and air wouldn't work right and when I cut it on it made a loud noise so I couldn't use the heat and I had some bugs in my room but over all it's not that bad but it could be a lot better if housekeeping really did the cleaning the right way or at all !
