"It was great! But there was no microwave so it would be nicer if there is one!"

"Great place to visit the Swiss Alps in the Laax community. Location and view is spectacular!"

"The hotel was conveniently located, although its design seemed more geared toward a younger, social media-oriented crowd. I particularly liked that it was part of a shopping complex, with a Coop supermarket conveniently located in the basement."

"This hotel surpassed all expectations. The Mountain View room took our breath away and the entire hotel was spotless, yet cosy, and every little detail had been thought of. But none of this compares to the standard of every single staff member we met. Everybody was so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much bother. Exceptional service."

"Great price-value ratio"

"Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. "The staff were so helpful and allowed us to store our luggages early. Thanks Olga Aside from that when Ana knew that we are seniors, she upgraded us and let us stay in the first floor as there was no elevator. We are so grateful Ana. The breakfast was good, and with that made us ready for the day. I strongly recommend this hotel !!!"

"I was trying to give them all 5 stars but for some reason, I could not reach the 5th one on my screen. ABC is an amazing hotel! Extremely clean, well finished and beautiful. We were so surprised how the free breakfast was complete! They even had mimosas. The coffee was excellent and they colour their boiled eggs in a beautiful shade which makes your plate look so appetizing. And the staff made it even more fun! Flavia at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The servers at breakfast...

"Great location! Clean room. Nice and warm."

"Staff is very helpful. But the amenities are very limited"

"Impressive rooms and service top notch"

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Blick in die Berge. Lage ist hervorragend. Bei mindestens zwei Nächte kann man kostenlos einen Rodelpass an der Rezeption erhalten. Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl für alle Geschmäcker - auf Wunsch auch vegan. Das Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich waren stets sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit"
