"It was great! But there was no microwave so it would be nicer if there is one!"

"Great place to visit the Swiss Alps in the Laax community. Location and view is spectacular!"

"The hotel was conveniently located, although its design seemed more geared toward a younger, social media-oriented crowd. I particularly liked that it was part of a shopping complex, with a Coop supermarket conveniently located in the basement."

"This hotel surpassed all expectations. The Mountain View room took our breath away and the entire hotel was spotless, yet cosy, and every little detail had been thought of. But none of this compares to the standard of every single staff member we met. Everybody was so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much bother. Exceptional service."

"Great price-value ratio"

On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains (see attached pictures), and the breakfast, with a selection of local cheeses, jams and...

"Charming hotel tucked on quiet street with well-intentioned courteous staff. 10-minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was adequate, though certainly unremarkable.. "I was trying to give them all 5 stars but for some reason, I could not reach the 5th one on my screen. ABC is an amazing hotel! Extremely clean, well finished and beautiful. We were so surprised how the free breakfast was complete! They even had mimosas. The coffee was excellent and they colour their boiled eggs in a beautiful shade which makes your plate look so appetizing. And the staff made it even more fun! Flavia at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The servers at breakfast...

"Impressive rooms and service top notch"

"Pefekter Aufenthalt: sauberes Einzelzimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett, reichhaltigem Frühstück inkl. besienter Omeletten-Station. Personal am der Reception äusserst freundlich."

"Staff is very helpful. But the amenities are very limited"

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Blick in die Berge. Lage ist hervorragend. Bei mindestens zwei Nächte kann man kostenlos einen Rodelpass an der Rezeption erhalten. Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl für alle Geschmäcker - auf Wunsch auch vegan. Das Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich waren stets sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit"

"We stayed here just to catch Benina express in the morning! It was a little complicated to get in but the rooms are super clean! Bed and pillow so comfy! Great choice!"
