Lovely modern gite in the heart of Ardeche and equiped to a high standard. The driveway is a bit steep for a low profile car, mine ended up with scrapes under the bumpers but with care it was possible to monoeuvre. In truth the only real downer was the pool which is the largest I've ever seen for the sole use of a single gite but was simply too cold. I was assured the pool was heated but you couldn't tell, such a shame.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Labatie d‘Andaure. Das Appartement und auch den Pool inmitten der schönen Landschaft der Auvergne haben wir sehr genossen. Erholung pur!

Petites précisions: - il ne s'agit pas d'une maison individuelle, mais d'un rez-de jardin avec une autre location au dessus de vous(avec une isolation phonique moyenne) . - la piscine n'est pas 'attenante' à l'appartement, elle se retrouve derrière la maison et deux niveaux au dessus. Mais malgré tout, la location est de bonne qualité.

Een heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht en fantastisch zwembad! Het zwembad ligt achter het huis dus er is geen zicht op het zwembad. Voor ons, een gezin met kinderen die een diploma hebben, was dat prima. In het gebouw is nog een ander vakantiehuis ondergebracht. We hebben hier geen last van gehad maar dit was vooraf niet duidelijk. Het was een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen!

Logement soigné dans un petit village pittoresque, idéal pour ceux qui aiment la nature et le repos. Le jardin est magnifique. Pour les amateurs de VTT, la grande traversée de l'Ardèche est à 2 pas et le tracé permet de découvrir le nord du département en sortant des sentiers battus.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, une piscine magnifique avec un paysage à couper le souffle. Un site très propre et très bien entretenu avec beaucoup de goût. The big, beautiful and perfectly temperatured pool (with nice views) is practically all you need for a week of relaxing in sunny France. For the rest a nice house, decent equipment (Fridge with cooled water and instant ice cubes is a nice extra) Good beds except for the sleeping-couch. Also very nice view from front terrace. Beautiful surroundings, be prepared for long winding (but good) roads to get there (if people tend to be car-sick this is a challenge) … We enjoyed our stay very much an can recommend for a relaxed summer holiday.

Prachtig nieuwe woning, ruime keuken met heerlijk terras met uitzicht voor zowel buiten eten als relaxen. Zwembad en zeer verzorgd tuin eromheen met geweldig uitzicht. Voorziening bij het zwembad zoals koelkast en buiten keukentje, toilet en douche ruimte. Ping pong tafel goed opgezet in de schaduw. Prachtig rustig plek voor een week relaxen met het gezin.

Les points positifs : gite spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé ; grande piscine dans un bel environnement très rural. Les points négatifs : la terrasse est assez exposée au bruit (travaux) et passage des voitures donc il est difficile de manger dans le calme.

Accueil très convivial. Concernant l'espace logement, nous avons rarement séjourné dans un lieu avec un équipement d'aussi bonne qualité. Rien ne manque, mobilier de qualité et... connexion wifi catastrophique. Nous aurions cependant apprécié un jardin clôturé et des photos des 2 gîtes ce qui nous aurait permis de constater qu'il y a 1 grand gîte et un plus petit (on s'est un peu fait avoir avec celles présentées), que l'espace piscine est derrière le bâtiment, avec vue plongeante sur la terrasse du second gîte, intimité zéro... tout petit jardin devant le gîte, coucou aux passants qui passent à 10m quand vous prenez votre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et enfumage de gasoil garanti quand la camionnette d'un voisin s'arrête pour discuter avec un quidam. Nous n'aurions pas loué si nous l'avions su. Trop cher pour la prestation étant donné la situation géographique.

Location très propre, spacieuse, aménagée avec goût (tant à l'intérieur qu'autour de la maison). Un vrai plus : le linge de maison (de qualité) est fourni, les lits sont faits à l'arrivée. Electroménager et vaisselle de qualité et en quantité suffisante. Pour le ravitaillement : petit village à 4-5 km, les marchés (avec beaucoup de producteurs locaux) et surtout les fermes-auberge ! Le village est le point de départ de nombreuses ballades à pied ou en vélo. Contact agréable et courtois avec les villageois et les voisins. Découverte de "l'Ardèche Verte" avec ses forêts, ses vallons, ses petits villages isolées : une nature magnifique. Félicitations et encouragements aux propriétaires .

"Nous avons passé des vacances paradisiaques: un cadre magnifique, une vue à couper le souffle, un logement spacieux, d''une propreté impeccable, très bien équipé (rien ne manquait) et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine a fait la joie de toute la famille: grande, très propre (merci Paulette!) et les alentours très bien entretenus. La cuisine, le wc et la douche de piscine, ainsi que tous les équipements aux alentours sont de vrais plus!!! Quant au calme: quel bonheur de se retrouver "noyé" au coeur de la nature! Et enfin, l''accueil: tout le monde est aux petits soins pour vous, un vrai plaisir! La région a été une belle découverte pour nous. Franchement, on a eu beau chercher des bémols, on n''en a pas trouvé!!! Bref, une seule hâte, y retourner... de toutes façons, les enfants ne nous laissent pas le choix tellement ces vacances restent magiques pour eux... comme pour nous ;-)"
