"- Chambre non insonorisée. - Les portes font un bruit infernal. "What a gorgeous stay at a beautiful chateau. We had the most peaceful stay here - very welcoming staff who were so friendly. We felt incredibly special and well looked after, and cooked for. The air conditioning and cool room were so well appreciated in the heat wave. The property is gorgeous, quiet and so relaxing. It was a perfect stop off on our trip."

"They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund.
