Bioclimatic house, exceptional view and quiet, 1.3 km of the river

  • located in a small hamlet, the house is a little apart, near the sky, the view is outstanding! and quiet!
    Beautiful open spaces on one side of nature and the other on a patio, while stones in which we find a pleasant freshness in summer. There is a beautiful wooden terrace where you can dine and enjoy the view.
    There is also a tree house in the trees for children from 6 years and a sandbox. The house is located about 1.5 km from a beautiful river and the beautiful village of Labeaume. Ability to use a rehearsal piano.
    There is an outside hot shower.
    It is a bioclimatic house, hot water and solar heating, wood construction and stone, wood wool insulation.
