  • Detached stone house of 90 m2 completely renovated, new, comfortable and quiet in the countryside.
    Located on the plateau of fat Labeaume on extensive grounds planted with oaks and olive trees from many hiking trails. Just 2 Kms from the picturesque village of Labeaume (ranked among the most beautiful in France) and its splendid river.
    Close to all shops and activities this property is ideally placed.
    Near Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (Cave of the arc bridge).
    At the first level a large living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a large terrace with barbecue.
    Upstairs two bedrooms with 140x190cm bed each. Italian shower bathroom and separate WC. Above ground 6.57 m long and 4,07m wide and 1,20m in height.

This is an amazing villa, probably the best we have ever stayed in. It is approached via a long drive which gives it an air of seclusion. The building itself is imposing and affords great views from the first floor terrace. Inside it is light and airy and there is air conditioning in every room. The garden and pool are great. Just perfect. We hope to return one day.

We loved this apartment, it was a very nice clean updated unit, equipped with everything you could need. It overlooks one of the two swimming pools on the complex plus there is BBQ areas, gym and tennis courts and a short stroll to the private access to the beach.Great communication with the owner throughout our 10 day stay.Great dining and shopping minutes away and the Old Town just a short drive.We highly recommended this apartment and we will certainly be coming back in the future.

Wir hatten bereits zum zweiten Mal das Vergnügen, im Haus von Olivier zu wohnen. Das Haus ist äußerst geräumig und besticht durch seine traumhafte Lage. Für alle, die Ruhe inmitten der Natur suchen, ist dieser Ort perfekt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die neuen, komfortablen Betten, die für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgen.Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine Fliegentür für die große Schiebetür, um noch mehr Komfort zu gewährleisten.Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Nous remercions Olivier pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Tout a été fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable, jusqu’à la liste des marchés locaux! La grange a été rénovée avec goût, les pièces sont spacieuses et agréables à vivre, l’air conditionné dans les chambres nous a permis de passer d’excellentes nuits malgré la canicule. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. La piscine est au top, son accès demande l’ouverture d’un portail, il est donc sécurisé pour les enfants. Enfin, la région est magnifique et la maison est idéalement située pour découvrir les alentours. Je recommande sans hésiter !
