"Very relaxing "

"The apartment was extremely spacious and I loved staying in San Lorenzo and having the conveniences of a nearby grocery store, the young environment, and cheaper food after long touristy days in Rome. We had some technical difficulties with the apartment but the staff was always quick to help out. Overall I’d recommend it!"

"It’s a beautiful property and the room and bed were great. Conveniently located near the Rome main train station termini. The Wi-Fi was a little slow though. "

"The person who met us to hand over the keys was very friendly and welcoming and location was fine eg proximity to coloseum for instance. However there were a few disappointing elements about the apartment eg mouldy shower curtains, blocked drains, no lid on the garbage bin, only 1 toilet roll/bathroom for a 4 night stay, flaking paint on window sills. It was an expensive apartment for what was provided and not in a particularly high standard of repair."

"Spacious 3 bedroom appartment with high ceilings and 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 rooms had small balconies with city views. Being on the last, 6th floor - had very little of city noise, even with windows wide open. A big plus is location, next to a grocery shop, food shops and metro station. "

"After arriving at the check-in hotel (which is 2 metro stops away from the apartment) we had an easy check-in. We found the apartment building easily but could regularly smell cigarettes. The apartment itself (we were in appt 6) did not smell of cigarettes but was a little grotty here and there. The floor hadn't seen a mop in quite some time and we took to wearing shoes when in. "Substation is right outside of the hotel door. Room was great. Wifi occasionally slow, and some adjacent areas did not appear to be very safe."

"The property was really convenient as it was walking distance to the colosseum. There was a supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby. The property was comfortable and good facilities. There was 2 good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The sofa bed was comfortable as well. The only problem was there was paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom but it was clean apart from that. "

"Clean spacious apt. No air-conditioning but there was a fan and good ventilation so we were comfortable. A little noisy being in town with windows open but acceptable."
