Adjacent to the living area, an open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and its own exit to the terrace. A separate WC is also available on this level for added convenience. On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The first upper-floor bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private shower and WC. The second upper-floor bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and direct access to a terrace. The property benefits from 2 terraces of 10 m2 each as well as a larger terrace of 20 m2, all offering views of the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside.
