Villa Vale is a newly decorated holiday home, located a few minutes drive from the wonderful beaches on the eastern coast of Istria. The house has a spectacular view over the valley, surrounded with peaceful nature, olive groves, vineyards and small charming stone walls. The village Presika is very quiet, with good people who make unique Istrian wine, olive oil, cheese and ham.

The Villa has 5 newly and beautifully decorated bedrooms, offering place for up to 10. There are 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer, cozy living room with a large TV, and a large dining table.
Many large windows provide a lot of light and give beautiful views to the valley.

The large balcony with a comfy sofa is one of the best features of the house. Imagine, watching the sunset, enjoying with a cold glass of excellent istrian wine, surrounded with complete serenity. In the private garden there is also a private swimming pool with sunbeds.

Girls trip to Croatia!
This place was beautiful and such a good oasis for remote work. The manager was super responsive and helpful, the WiFi worked well, the location is incredible, and the views were immaculate. Thank you for being our home away from home - we will definitely come back.

Schönes Haus mit Pool
Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool in schöner Lage mit tollem Ausblick in die Landschaft. Das einzige Manko war der Lärm im benachbarten Haus (Baustelle) und die Entfernung zum Meer. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen

Nice house, nice people
Location perfect, 15 minute walk to old town Labin and within short driving distance of several nice beaches including Rabac. Spacious, clean, comfortable and cool house (exceeded our expectations) Very clean pool, and nice terrace with beautiful sunset views. The host is very nice and makes sure everything (if needed) is taken care of. We enjoyed and can surely recommend!

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub
Wir sind mit unserer 8 köpfigen Familie angereist, die Lage ist sehr schön aber die Straßen sind sehr eng. Pool war sehr sauber, Haus und Anlage auch. Trotz 2x Stromausfall, aufgrund des Gewitters ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Der Vermieter hat sich für uns Zeit genommen, in die Stadt gefahren, Check In, Checkout war er sofort da. Ein sehr guter Urlaub.

Nice, clean house. The kids have play all day at the swimmingpool and in the evening we saw beautiful stars. We went with 2 family's and the house was perfect for 2 family's with enouhg space for everyone.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage, Auto wird benötigt
Sehr schönes Haus, mit wunderbarem Pool. Netter Vermieter mit komplikationsloser Kommunikation. Das Ferienhaus wirkt hochwertiger als in dem Inserat deutlich wird. Zu Fuß ist allerdings wenig erreichbar, ein Auto sollte definitiv vorhanden sein. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Ein Urlaub in traumhafter Lage
Die Lage des Domizils ist traumhaft gelegen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick ins Grüne und man hört in der Nacht nur die Vögel zwitschern. Trotzdem ist das Haus in der Nähe des malerischen Städtchens Labin. Mehrere tolle Restaurants, ein Shop mit dem Notwendigsten und sehr leckeres Eis, sind mit einem Spaziergang von 15 Minuten erreichbar. Auch sehr schöne Strände sind innerhalb von 5 bis 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet und bietet jede Menge Platz. Wer für das Kochen verantwortlich ist, wird den tollen Gasherd lieben und unsere Kinder waren über den Pool begeistert. In der Hausbeschreibung wurde nicht erwähnt, dass die Bäder neu gemacht wurden und das es eine Geschirrspüler Maschine gibt. Darüber haben wir uns natürlich sehr gefreut. Alles in allem ein wirklich sehr schöner Urlaub und auf jeden Fall noch zu erwähnen, ist der nette Gastgeber. Vielen Dank Jeannette, Daniel und die zweite Familie

Einfach nur Ruhe undNatur
Sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Ob Frühstück oder Abendessen auf dem Balkon, mit fantastischer Aussicht, war auch im September noch gut möglich. Obwohl der Vermieter neben dem Haus wohnt haben wir nichts von ihm mitbekommen. Leider war durch das Wetter nicht möglich den Pool oft zu benutzen aber die Anlage ist perfekt. Mit der Beleuchtung am Abend ein schöner Platz zum wohlfühlen. Das Haus selber bietet viel Platz. Funktionell eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind zwar nicht neusten Baujahr aber sauber und voll ausreichend. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Natürlich gibt es immer etwas was man eventuell noch dazu kaufen könnte aber mann kann sich ja auch irgendwie weiter helfen. Sekt aus Weingläser schmeckt nicht so schlimm wie es sich anhört. Der kleine nach dem Essen gibt's dann im Wasserglas, geht auch. Wenn man mit einem großen Auto anreist lernt man wenden auf engsten Raum. Ging aber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich hab es genossen morgen die Pferde auf der Koppel zu begrüßen. Besonders das Ponny, dem der Zaun egal war und immer im Garten stand. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und hoffen das es der Frau Mama dan noch immer gut geht. Danke für die schöne Zeit.
