"Our recent stay in May 2026 was not so pleasant. Here are the things which the hotel needs to work on:
1) the sofa bed was not a proper sofa bed. Its merely a sofa which they would cover it in the bedsheet
2) there was a cigarette smell from the toilet
3) the kids play area at the kids pool is not properly maintained. The ground is covered with slippery mould and algae which is very disgusting
4) the kids pool water is dirty and not visibly clear
5) for the kids night camp, they blasted the loudspeaker and placed it directly next to where the kids are seated.
The hotel should make use of the space at the main lobby area/level1 to have more activities for families."
