Lovely hotel in a great location for tours. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and our room was very clean. We were slightly disappointed that the pool seating area in the rooftop was closed for refurbishment, but we did stay here off season. Local area interesting. People welcoming and friendly. Would recommend this hotel for price, local knowledge and friendliness. No dining options but plenty of local restaurants.

Great hotel and view near the harbour in LBJ. Try the ribs at the Copper Kettle down the street. Grocery stores nearby sell wine and beer. Good for stays to and from Komodo.

Cute and comfortable in a good location.

Great location cute hotel with friendly service and very comfortable rooms. It was clean with nice sized rooms and perfectly located across from the pier where many of the tours depart. I would recommend.

I stayed a total of three nights in this property - one before and two after the liveaboard. Clean room. adequate amenities. nice view of the harbor from the roof deck. very central. while it can get a little loud from the nearby bars, the noise tones down by 10pm. nice rooftop bar and restaurant with plunge pool and views. Will stay here again when I get back.

Clean and comfortable hotel within walking distance to plenty of eateries and shops within Labuan Bajo harbour. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Not great for quiet sleeping however. On Sunday night there was live music at a restaurant & bar downstairs until 11pm and wailing from a nearby mosque (masjid) regularly at 4.20AM! The hotel can improve on eco friendliness by providing free water refills rather than supplying small single-use plastic bottles of water. Overall, a good value hotel on the main drag close to harbour amenities.

Dont stay!

I should have taken more notice of other TA posts. This would have to be one of the worst hotels we've stayed anywhere in the world. There is constant road noise till late at night, then it begins again early morning, there's noise from adjoining rooms, above and below, the mosque is nearby and very loud and distorted. There's no noise protection on the windows. The aircon struggled to cope with Western sun, even when turned up to maximum. The pillows are woeful, one is a flat pancake while the other is a pillowcase stuffed with the equivalent of three pillows making it huge, round, hard and unusable. Vehicles can't pick up or drop off out front as it's too busy with no parking available. The bathroom stunk and there's no bench room. We booked and paid 3 nights, but moved after one (without a refund) and we're widely travelled and not pretentious. Simply put, stay elsewhere.

住這裡港口走路3分鐘的地方在市區的主要街道上吃東西跟買東西都非常方便服務人員態度良好也會協助校車坐機場接送房間的頂樓就是一個日式餐廳，可惜游泳池只是一個小水池根本沒有辦法游泳房間很乾淨，但除了洗澡跟洗髮精之外沒有提供其他任何備品也沒有吹風機

A great place to stay, walkable to little shops and restaurants. The hotel has a nice patio with a beautiful view. The patio has a little pool and a restaurant, so it is nice place to just relax in the pool and sip a cocktail after exploring the town!

A spacious room with elevator access (which we learned from friends staying elsewhere is not a given!) We were heading on a boat charter, and the location is extremely close the to harbour, as well as many restaurants and dive shops!
