"Deep.cleaning in the room.and most especially the bathroom. The tub and the shower walls need to be scrub and disinfected thoroughly. We decided not to take a shower the next day. We use to love staying at Tiara when in Labuan. So shocked how the condition is with this hotel now. It pretty sad."

"Generally all good, except for the WiFi - which was very intermittent... On/Off/On/Off/On/Off and I had 2 usernames and passwords. I was told it was a supplier issue, which given the WiFi works perfectly well in the reception/lobby area - doesn't strike me as true. I think the resort needs to up its game with the WiFi equipment to the resorts and/or increase the wifi bandwidth available to guests. Nice big, clean rooms, with balcony/chairs/table/ Good a/c, toilet, hot shower and luxury of luxuries a bath (not enough hot water for that - so used a kettle). Very comfortable beds/pillows, 2 desks (!), walk in wardrobe, fridge. TV, not internet, but with just enough channels. Sofa. Good lighting. Free shuttle service into town is a great feature and the pool area is rather good. Breakfast is OK for most tastes and the restaurant food is very good (recommend the cheesecakes). Unusually for Borneo, the resort beach is pretty clean. Overall: impressed, but fix the WiFi PDQ."
