Baseboards coming off, AC is a joke, elevator not working, TV was not properly working had to ask Patricia for help she went out of her way to fix the problem. You get what you pay for. "It was extremely confusing. There were no clear instructions on where to park or where to obtain the keys. I also spent a significant amount of time trying to determine whether I was in the correct apartment. When I arrived, there was an extra set of keys and an envelope left on the counter, but it was not addressed to me, which added to the confusion. However, the apartment was very clean, organized and smelled great! Bed was comfortable and cozy. "
