The basics are done right: clean space, comfy bed, and a quiet enough atmosphere to relax. "There was some fumbling with booking as we reserved a room for 4 with double beds and got a single king. When I pointed this out the concierge said to use the sofa bed even though our room did not have one. Eventually we got another room with a sofa bed as all double bed rooms were taken. "

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower and water pressure very good. Couldn’t figure out the a/c but ceiling fan helped cool room down on an unseasonably warm March day. Street parking was challenging. Host did offer his driveway to park but I found a spot on my own so it all worked out. I recommend for an overnight stay or two while visiting Philly. "

"I stayed for 1 night. Checking in was easy, the rotating doors to enter were not working, so I had to use the side door. Obviously not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only issue was there was no bodywash left in the shower. I ended up just using the bar soap, but cleaning staff should definitely double check and refill if needed. Parking was a pain because I had to park 2 blocks down in a parking lot. Besides all that, the stay was great and would still return if I was back in the area. "
