"The room was clean. Curtains were unhooked and falling down. In the bathroom, the basin tap was very loose and the plug didn’t work for the bath - it wouldn’t drain. Had to request a room clean when we went out for dinner as it hadn’t been done. "

Breakfast was minimal and again expensive for what was on offer. Paid for breakfast but was up all night sick and didn’t eat but never got refunded. "
