We had last visited Quebec while on a cruise 3 years ago and our waiter at Sam’s recommended we visit at Christmas time and so glad we did. The property looked so festive and truly kicked off our holiday season. The service-from the bellman who first greeted us to the room service waiter to front desk made us feel welcome and gave impeccable service.
