"First stay at the property. The staff was very nice and helpful. Property is nice, overall amenities are great. Would visit again. The only reasons dor giving a 4 stars is the room noise insulation as the other guests can be heard quite loudly from the adjacent rooms. Another drawback is the breakfast area that is small and crowded when the hotel is at capacity."

"The hotel was nostalgic. The staff was very friendly. We called the concierge because we found some spiders on the ceiling in our room at night. The staff came over and removed the spiders with towels. Then he gave us more clean towels. We were grateful for his help. We had breakfast in the hotel, and the view was nice. Overall, it was a one-of-a-kind experience, and the hotel is a good start to exploring Old Quebec City."
