"We had a lovely stay here, worked perfectly with 2 babies and extended family. The location is the main selling point-a short walk to the lovely beach and restaurants of Soustons plage and a short cycle into Vieux Boucau. The only thing to note is that it may not be suitable for those with young toddlers due to how the stairs are laid out, especially down to the cellar. "

"Excellent location nearby all the shops, restaurants, and beach. The 5min walk to the nicest ice cream in town was a must! Everything is walking distance. You even have a restaurant next door, tennis court just behind the house and a mini golf 2min away! Everything was as per description, pool was a bit too cold for us despite being heated. The thermometer was showing 30C but it was sitting on the surface. We discussed this with the owner. Kids still loved it so overall great holidays and owners were very friendly. "
