It is always a pleasure to be supported by the company Bru and its excellent staff. Congratulations. The housing company is not minting the building. I had to run after them to get the lift and floor light working. The toilet needs renovation and bedroom curtain is finished. Rest is ok. Thanks.

Es gibt keine bessere Lage!

Der Aufenthalt war phantastisch! Der Blick aufs Meer ist einmalig, die Lage an der Promenade genial. Die beiden Schlafzimmer gehen nach hinten raus, somit ist es einigermaßen ruhig und nach vorne sieht man das Meer, entspannte Leute, hat den Nachtmarkt direkt unter sich, ist zu beiden Seiten sehr schnell in guten Restaurants, hat den Strandzugang direkt vor sich und vor allem einen Parkplatz beim Haus. Perfekt! Besser geht es wirklich nicht! Das Kinderzimmer ist aber wirklich nur für ein Kind geeignet, das zweite Bett füllt den restlichen Raum, sodass niemand mehr aufstehen kann. Dafür kann das Sofa als Bett genutzt werden, es hat eine gute Matratze. Die Ausstattung ist recht gut, wobei der Backofen nur eingeschränkt nutzbar ist. Für die Dusche sollte man nicht allzu korpulent sein, sonst läßt sie sich nicht schließen. Aufzug, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank funktionieren bestens.

Face à la mer

Idéalement placé. Tout se fait à pieds : plage-surf, boulangerie, cafés, boucherie, poissonnerie, supermarché, épicerie, animations-concert, marché hebdomadaire, marché nocturne, restaurants, pistes cyclables..... Bémols : literie clairement à changer, mobilier quelque peu vétuste, évidemment l’emplacement implique un bruit important jour et nuit!

Appartement très bien situé mais literie à changer

Nous avons apprécié le logement, son emplacement, ses équipements (pas récents mais fonctionnels). En revanche les lits des chambres enfants et aussi adulte sont à changer. Nous avons passé les vacances avec tous deux un lumbago (bloquée j’ai fini chez le médecin sous médicaments forts tout de même). C’est vraiment dommage car nous serions ravis de relouer (nous venons à lacanau tous les ans) parce que l’emplacement, la taille et les équipements rendent l’appartement très agréable à vivre, mais pas sur ces lits à nouveau. Par ailleurs, très bon acceuilpar l’agence a l’arrivee et au départ. Parfaite satisfaction de ce côté là ! Changer la literie des deux chambres - je suis rentrée depuis 3 jours chez moi et je commence juste à m’en remettre de mon lumbago

Appartement sympathique et très bien situé avec parking privé dans une enceinte close. Toutefois, l'appartement nécessite un petit raffraichisement general de peinture, de literie et d'électroménager.
