"Lovely spacious home and perfect for us and the dog. The kids loved having a telly in their bedroom and we appreciated the fresh laundry, tea bags and coffee. Will definitely book again when we're over visiting family. "

"Nice clean apartment ..Lovely quiet place.Host friendly and helpful. The accommodation is set in an area where there are nice walks.Plenty of fish in the lake.Close to visiting areas such as Lincoln Mablethorpe and Doddington Hall."

"The hut was amazing & laid our really well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was a squished fly on the coffee table & it required dusting considerably. The bathroom was clean though. We didn't see a member of staff the whole time we were there (2 days) & to contact anyone was difficult too. The hot tub was very nice, but for the money paid I would expect a daily refill of wood. We had to buy quite a bit more to use it. Lastly, they have a carpark for all cars....

"Enjoyable stay , lovely and clean , lovely host and easy to get hold of . Would recommend people to stay here we would again ."

"Lovely unit, spotlessly clean , even has a coffee maker and airfryer. ideally situated for withernsea, bus stop on site and 2 mins from beach , highly recommended to families or couples, we took our dog and he loved it. Site has indoor leisure centre, pub, cafe , shop and amusements"

Property was much more outdated than on the pics and cupboards were dirty. On the plus side, the beds were comfy. I've never been more...

"Really enjoyed the stay, the yurt was great and the spa sort of expensive but at the same time where else gives you full ownership of a spa for 3 hours? Not many places so for that I would say it was worth it. Very clean shower facilities were great. The yogurt itself is not very private because it’s so close to the manor when you walk out the door you’re in view of the top windows however it’s located 15 minutes away from a few different trails which were really fun to take the dog. The staff,...
